I’m pretty sure you don’t, you just have to buy a bassinet from the babies and kids section and choose if you want to try for a baby or adopt a boy or a girl, you have to have a sims relationship with another sim at least level 2 I think

I still can’t proceed with the medical career. I’m stuck in lvl 8 and i can’t start a new event. It’s been like this for over a week.

Same! I’m stuck at level 4. He can go to work and the briefcase is there but he can’t start a shift.
