You have to click on the wedding arch. The option to marry should be there.

Try to check around lvl 8, you have to propose and then able to marry. These are romantic events. I've married friends together and love interests together.

The next challenge is two who hate each other.

You may need to buy specific items like the out door set for weddings and a double bed.
