I think I have a relationship glitch...

I have SIMS with more then relationship level 3 but in some cases the list of options for baby are only limited to a bunch none who are eligible for that and the one I want is not an option .
This is also happening when I want to potty train or use some other toddler things I’m getting a list of adults on the page and not the toddler
