how do i quit the barista job and work at the hospital

Click on any place of work and it will give you the option to halt your current career and begin a new one. I quit my job as a barrister and become a doctor. I still kept the level of barrister that I achieved, so I can choose to continue when I've finished the new job.

I bought the cardiology treadmill but it doesn't give me any options for actions. Is it just a frcorative piece or do you need a certain level career to use it?

If you press the padlock icon above the hospital, it will cost coins to unlock it. That is what I did!
