I have all the requirements (married, at lover stage, level 14, has a bassinet), but my bassinet won't do anything except allowing me to move it. Is there something I'm missing?

Don't long click it. Just do an ordinary click like with all other items

is it blocked? make sure when you place it, the footprints at the front of it are green

You just hold down on the object you want to move then it will allow you to move the object
