Ok... So the winterfest holiday party quest.... Tap on the huge tree in the middle, it says i can decorate with orniments. However im currently still needing more.

To decorate the Christmas tree in event Winter Fest Holiday Party in downtown. You will need 100, 200, 300 each time. After that the ornaments are useless.
