Same thing happened to me! I can’t figure it out. I have a quest that says “move observatory to science center” but I don’t understand how to complete that quest either?

Go to Science Center, tap the icon beside the LlamaZoom icon (the one where you can get items to personalize the work place) then purchase and place the Observatory. You can put that even in the parking space beside the science center.
