You have to tap on your husband, if it is not there scroll to the bottom of the options, and click on more options then click on flirty and it should be there

You might need to hit friendly instead of flirty that's what I did and it worked

Just click the more option when you tap on your partner then click the friendly and you can see the 101 baby quest and the tap the go that's all

Yea i know just go home and talk to your best relationship sim. Then press friendly and then baby 101 that will take you and your husband or boyfriend to the medical centre
