Every time I try, it just keeps saying 'can't be positioned here', even when I put it back to same size and place! Help it's driving me mad!!

To do this, you must clear out some of the surrounding land where you want to expand or move to. Click on the area and the price to clear land will pop up. Pay and in a few minutes, the land will be cleared and you can now use that area. you must repeat for each area. Also, this does add a huge dent in the amount of points needed to move up in your life style
