How can I get my baby to age up?its been 4 days in real time since I had him. I also have some strange woman in my home, and I can’t get her to leave.

It takes a week for them to become a toddler.

Don't know about the strange woman but try rotating parents in spending time with the baby and instead of three/four stars treat it as 6 or 8
