How to host wedding party

Two of my sims got married two days ago. I'm trying to host a wedding party, but it says (for both of them) that they didn't get married this week. They did! Help?

This happened to me as well. I couldn't host the party since I had already hosted one before they married. I think it expects you to host it right away after the Here Comes the Wedding Event. Unfortunately, I don't think there's anything we can do :(
