Crashing app won’t open

Does anyone experience the app not open or a bug whenever there’s an update made?

It's ,9/23/23 and my sims mobile is stuck on one part where I recreate a look every time I clicked claim. It crashes! I have tried restarting the game I also took it off and re downloaded it again! And it went right back to the same spot!!!!! Helpppp

This is 5-16-21 and my sims mobile keeps crashing. I’m on iPad and I tried restarting it but nothing happened. I don’t wanna delete it or else all my stuff will be gone!

My Sims Mobile has been crashing since January. Will not open past the loading screen. I have exhausted every option except uninstalling ad reinstalling because I have sank SO MUCH money on this app and it's frustrating to think it was for nothing at this point.
