This hairstyle is now available again, but you do have to pay for it now. I think it’s only with simoleons:)

I have the same hairstyle and it just appeared in my sim child, then I made him playable. But still it is not in the customize screen. Where can I find this hairstyle?

That hairstyle is not available, only the softlaunch players were able to get it.
