U wait a day or two, and your baby will age,it will notify u or when u get a chance to go into the game it’ll let u age the baby up.If not then u will maybe have to wait a couple more days.

He it’s super annoying I’ve had my baby ages now and it just won’t age up

Take care of him or her until you can complete the “bundle of joy” event. Do that event as many times as the game will let you. Soon you will see that the game will let you age up your baby. Hope this helped!
