It takes about 24 hours to age up your baby in the sims mobile. If you have a toddler it might take roughly 48 hours.

Idk, but when your baby grows up do you have to complete the baby quest again?

You have to check him/her and feed him/her a lot and maybe they even age up before 24 hours. Sometimes the blue birthday cake appears, but I got a shock and my baby had already grown without even pressing the cake.

After a day or so a cake will appear above them and when you press it the baby will age up
