Heirloom tutorial HELP

I retired my sim, it went as it was suppose to. But then a tutorial came up saying I had to buy the heirloom collection case to advance in the tutorial.... I have already bought this, apparently, because it was on my wall. Since I can't sell if to buy it and advance in the tutorial, the arrows and tutorial prompt won't go away... HELP
