Game won’t open

My game isn’t opening up and letting me play which has never happened before. It shows the gem spinning and little descriptions at the bottom and says welcome “___” (my Game Center name) but then it says no connection is found. I tried it both connected to wifi and data and neither worked. My other apps that need wifi/data work fine. I also tried shutting off my phone and restarting it and still no luck.
