The game requires a bit of free space/memory to load and run. Also check if game needs an update, If this isnt your issue, go to settings, apps, find sims, select storage and clear cache, force stop and try again. If all fails this might sound odd but genuinely change your phones time zone, reset your time and that usually does it. Game should load again.

This is happening to me as well! I have been installing/uninstalling the game but still it isn’t working. However, i tried the sims freeplay which still works.

Im having the same issue and e.a dont have a contact email apart from the linked one in their help page that takes you nowhere. Infuriating!!!
