Why isn’t my baby growing

My baby reached 3 stars plus I have been taking care out her for weeks.This didn’t happen to my past babies,so what’s wrong?im confused.

Nothing is wrong. All babies in the sims mobile age up at different times. My first ever baby took literally 2 weeks to age up while my 3rd one aged up one day after it was born. Just be patient, the baby will age up eventually
