Why am i not allowed to get my energy saying that my energy is full even though it’s ready? I can only fill my energy if it’s less than 15.

I understand now your question. If the game detected your energy bar still full, you cant exceed its content, however, if you have less than 15, you can get those extras. You can exceed the 15 Energy point limit. We can't do anything to change it. Maybe you just have to stick with it. :)
