If you got the baby recently like a day ago or a couple days ago then it probably just too early. But check quests just incase though.

I think there's a limit (2 or 3) for baby events per day.

this same thing happened to me !!! it only shows check on baby or feed baby. i’ve had only events that last one hour and those come once a day. i’ve had my baby for about 2 weeks and nothing has happened. it’s like my sim doesn’t know how to grow up. i did everything right. help somebody !!!
