I cannot choose another hobby

I have both reached the level for the guitar hobby and bought the guitar. The sims isn't assigned to any hobby at the moment. I have another sims who is still cooking lv.4. Any idea on what's happening?

What level are you in general. Each hobby is opened after you reach a certain level for HP points. You have to reach that level then go to hobbies tab and you will see first object to get you started.
