Is there a way to unretire Sims?

This s not right players need the option to unretire their sim. All these boxes popped up clicking them to close off and I see my sim retired. This is crazy. Time, effort and energy and in some people's cases real monies went into playing this game. EA ought to consider this and be more customer-focused.

The same happened to me!!! I was panning a wedding for my 2 sims and they even had a baby. They were just taking a power nap when this little sign pooped out and it retired my sims. Now I don’t know what I will do with the newborn I can’t control any of my old sims. I really miss them! I worked for months to achieve a new house,a career, a hobby and a baby for my 2 sims but it all disappeared!!!!

Same, I am really am gonna be done with this game if there Is no “un retire” screen. I was so close! I was right in the middle of a wedding, when “retire” popped up! Ugh, I HATE THIS FRICKIN GAME!

My sim was about to adopt and I was soo excited and now she’s retired lost her wife and I have to start all over again so annoying

My sims got retired and they where married and parents of two now they can’t interact with the children and they made me make a new sim now she is the peremt of the two I’m gonna be sad for the rest of my life!

Same thing! 2 min away from completing my hobby to level 10! It asked if I wanted to use a cupcake and immediately asked to retire,I was on the bus and when we hit a bump, my sim retired. What the actual hell?

EA are sell out. They are the worst for money grabs. By “accidentally” retiring Sims you have to restart, which makes you want to spend real money to save time. I bought a $6.99 pack so that I could get heirloom tickets, but when I used them I got the exact same heirloom trophy 3 times. EA said it was coincidental but seeing as I only had the one trophy at the time I call BS. It’s all calculated ways to make money. EA are playing the money grab game, we’re all just suckers to them.

Click on your family picture in your home after you retire the sim and there is an option to make them playable again. Not sure if all their levels are the same.

Sadly I don't think you can do anything. If so frustrating! There should be an 'are you sure' option.
