Same here may 5th ! App doesn’t open :( hope they fix it soon

APEX isn’t working either. Links to app support for S.M. (Sims Mobile) show that they are aware of issues with their online servers and are working on it.

Can anyone help me with this problem?
Every time I try to play sims my screen is freezing and everything stops.
This problem started to happen to me today and lasts still. I even tried to contact EA but every time I try to log in on my account Something does not let me do it. I just do not know what to do. :(
