there is no way to delete an item. You can put it in storage but otherwise you cannot. I honestly don’t know why they would do this.

And btw if I long tap it it gives me an option to cancel,change colors,put it in that space or move.

You remove furniture by long tapping it. Then you move it by moving your finger, or tap on box or trash can.

Hold down on the bush and you should be able to move it to another spot, or put it in your storage.
