Can't retire?

So the option to retire for my sim became available. But he was one event away from maxing out his hobby so I declined. But when I went to retire him after maxing his hobby I can't find the option?

That option hasn’t came up for me yet but it has for my sis and we on the same level

I got the retire option and I pressed the later button and now I'm ready and i see the button but when I press it nothing happens

*pannel, but also, maybe it’s bc it’s the first generation? I dunno, what’s weird is that I had one made my sim passive, not retired them, and she just retired, unplayable, the weirdest thing?

I can’t retire my sim, I am level 24 and they have all their traits unlocked but when I go to the info panned, it just shows his traits, why?

My two sims also had the retire option but I pressed not yet because I wasn't finished with raising their kids. Now the retire option doesn't show, I've went to the trait page and it's not there at all

Hey I have this problem too I'm at level 19 and the thing is the retirement was NEVER offered to me... Like it's not in the traits box and it was never there. Anyone know why?

My sims maxed their traits (4), and I am level 30. I can't retire my sims in 1st generation, I keep waiting for a week and nothing happened

Go into your sims profile page. You can do this by just selecting them and the player/plumbob option. Then go to their trait page and you will see it.

There's a retire option at the trait section of your sim.
