What is an illuminated wall?

I recently earned a hot tub from a challenge on Sims Mobile. I want to use the woohoo option, but for some reason it doesn’t let me because there needs to be an illuminated wall, but I have no idea what that is. Please answer this question as soon as possible, Thanks!

To get an Illuminated wall you need do keep opening ducky bags and you will soon have one!!! They are easy to get I have 5 and I have not opend many. Good luck and they look like this.
