My sims are now bffs. Then I made them propose. Is there a way on how I could get them married? Or are they just stuck fiancees forever?

Yes, but you must be a certain level, I think it’s 7; From there you buy the wedding collection and you can have a reception for your sims outside. You sims are also given a tux and dress until the service ends.
