I cant access the culinary career in my second sim. When i click the pink briefcase it says “choose later” I am already level 6

Once you do what the person below is showing you to do, you must go there and unlock the career. Click on pad lock and pay what it shows to unlock. Each career becomes available as you gain XP levels.
