Game won’t open

I’m getting pissed off because I actually spend money on this game and now it won’t open

Yay I reinstalled it and lost all my progress. I’ve been playing it for a year not happy, don’t delete

TSM still wont open for me on mobile data. I contacted ea and they told me to make sure I have my game to work on mobile data, not just wifi, which it already was and always has been. No none from ea will answer my email. My "advisor" said they weren't having any problems with the game but obviously they are or WE WOULD BE ABLE TO GET IN THE GAME!!

The game wont even open. It just displays the gem spining. Ive wait for a long period of time but it still didnt open. Is there something wrong with the game entirely?

My game will not open on mobile data either and hasn't for several weeks. Contacted ea and went through the usual fixes (several times) but none of them worked. They keep saying it's my connection but all my other games work fine. When will they fix this!?

Mine will load on wifi but not mobile data and I have no wifi where I live. I've been having this issue for weeks!
