Game won’t open

It’s finally working for me! All I did was wait, but I hope it doesn’t happen again

i am almost certain it’s a server issue. i believe it’s happened before. it’s just stuck on this loading screen. 3/18/20 ( 1:12 pm EST )

this literally sucks though all of us just trying to play the game but can’t.

i checked other pages of this website and this has happened before (dunno when the question was posted) so i assume it’ll be over, it seems to be a server issue throughout all devices. i wouldn’t try to redownload the app, i’ve heard from others it didn’t work. let’s just wait.

Should I re install it? Idk if I will lose my progress if I do

1st try - it won't download the needed content after launching the game, stuck in the same situation. 2nd try - asked if I want to load previous saved data, when I confirmed with previous data, it proceeded with the new character. If after they fix it but my data got screwed up, I won't play the game anymore.
P.S. also on limited time quest
