Quickest way to lose players is proooobably to cap at a low level without anything else to replace the player’s motivation to continue gaming. Another piece of property, new hobby or career unlock, more special events, c’mon—anything other than just another set of chairs. If EA invested more in the mobile experience, players would be much more inclined to purchase in-game items and less likely to delete the app in order to make space for something else.
