I have found a solution

What u wanna do is open your sims mobile app. Make sure it opens all the way. Then go to settings and change the date maybe a day or two ahead. Then close out of your settings panel as well as your sims mobile game. Wait a few seconds then go back in and the celebration/party should be over.
