Can I divorce my sim husband?

I married a non playable character and he’s really annoying. Always standing in the way, inviting strangers into the house and not helping with the baby!
Can I get a divorce and kick him to the curb!!

He's still NPC. Make him active. Then get him job so he can Benefit the house.

Just click on the husband and then click "more options"and select rival and then divorce and when you are divorced,i think he will automatically leave the house.hope it helps!

Yes,but first you need to complete your romantic story with him and ONLY THEN you will be able to go to the rival action called divorce.
