Is their a way to choose gender of my baby aside from adopting?

I don't think there's a way to have exactly what type of gender you want other than adopting

I think there is a way but im not sure if it will work.I bought a blue bassinet and colored the room all blue and i had a boy.but it don't work all the time..

I have an answer to all your questions. For me personally I kept having boys. I realized the problem was the bassinet. I left the original color and it kept giving me boys. When I changed it to pink, I had a girl. That is one of the ways you decide.

So I figured out this: at first I had a boy. Then another boy. Then I adopted a girl. Then after that I have had nothing but girls.

No. But you can adopt a girl or boy and choose your gender. But if you have MAKE a baby then it will surprise you with a gender, just like in real life.

There is nothing you can do. The game will always pick your babies gender which for me 80% of the time it’s a boy. If you adopt you can choose the gender and then give the baby a makeover to look like the parents. Other than that you just have to accept whichever gender you get. P.S. I would love it if my game gave me 4 girls
