My sim was dating a man at the start but she is now married and has a child to someone else
My sims husband is rivals with the bf but the guy thinks him and the girl are still dating
I have tried to make her insalt him but he just won’t leavee her alone

You need to go to "Rivalry" on your sim that you wish to be divorced. Then press the "Divorce" event.
