It seems that my app doesn’t count time anymore, the daily to-do list doesn’t refresh anymore

It seems that my game stopped counting time, the to-do list doesn’t refresh any more, there are no new quests, and the kids don’t grow. There’s no tracking of time. The only thing my sims can do is work and socialize. I would like to know how to fix that.

If u have an iPhone double press the home button to access past used apps and then flick away the sims app. When you have done that go back into the app and it should have refreshed the to-do list
