This means that the sims are bored of being with only one other sim so they think of them with someone else

There is a special elder family event available each day that gives heirloom tickets and career/hobby xp. Called "Expert Career Mentoring" or "Expert Hobby Mentoring." They are super easy and only take 5 or 6 energy to complete. They're under Friendly category actions
