If you go to the section where it says bedroom. And if you keep going down you will find a soothing sleeper single. I think kids can use that one. If it’s locked then you have to keep moving up levels to get it.

They tend to use a single or a double adult bed at the age of a child as they are much older than being a toddler where they require a childish bed. You may often sometimes see them get into the adult beds to have a nap whereas toddlers are younger and they prefer to have playable beds that are fun and exciting to sleep in. Hope this helped!

Well, there isn't any bed specifically made for a child sim like a toddler Sim's bed. But I noticed that child Sims use the same bed as the the adults do. (Double/single)(P.S I stalk my friend's house and thats how I noticed.)
