No option to propose

You need to be on flirty mode, level 4 relationship, AND all these three things :floral pillar, windowed rose lattice, wedding arch. You have to actually put in your yard. Keep it inside the box not going to get your sims have this propose option.

Same! My first generation has married on the third relationship level and now I am at relationship level ten (second generation) and there is no option to propose

Look in the romantic section or keep trying to be romantic

Make sure you're looking in the "Romantic" options, not the "Friendly" options. Click the back arrow at the top of the options to select "Romantic."

I read somewhere that you have a level 3 with 2 or 3 sims as friend. I did that and it worked
