Tap on the toilet (or shower or whatever is broken) and it’ll pop up with the fact that it’s brihen and give a button to press with the fix it action and the cost of simoleons to fix it. Tap the button. There is no dirty bathroom issue ever, as far as I know and I’m on Level 26.
