My life is over l had a happy life and now my sim is retired l hope someone can fix this

I had a happy couple and things we’re looking good For them like one of my sims had a fashion job that l bought
Pacifically for him and now it is going to waste I could of played Way longer with this sim so l really hope THE GAME can help fix this because l have been reading through all of the comments and it looks like we all have the same problem pops up without us reading it and we retire are sims so pretty please help fix this problem
