How to unlock player 3 in sims mobile

I have 4 slots two are locked. One says i can unlock with 175$ and the other just says add 3rd playable sim. Im level 15 and already married and have child. Im confused on when does the third slot unlock or how to do so. I cant even promote my husband to a playable sim. Any idea? Im assuming im the only one with this problem because ive searched a lot of places online. Thanks in advance

So you have to complete the task or just pay $175

You can buy the sim for $175 sims cash or complete the third sim quest.

you need to go to level 13 and it will unlock you the quest "roommate race" and once you complete the quest in time,it will reward you with the third sim lot or if you are lazy,you can just buy it for 175 SimCash.

How do you can get a third slot if it says $175 you have to save moneysometimes it will say on a new quest that will give you one day and some many hours to do one of those requests and you’ll get the third Sim for free bur you have to work extra hard to get money
